Backorder Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policies
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

All shipping prices are based on real time shipping rates and will be calculated at checkout. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
